Every patient begins with a comprehensive wound evaluation. Our clinicians then develop an individualized treatment plan designed to address barriers to healing, promote wound closure, reduce complications, and support the best possible long-term outcome.
We also coordinate with patients, caregivers, primary care providers, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, and other members of the care team. Patient and caregiver education is an important part of our approach, including guidance on wound management, pressure relief, nutrition, diabetic foot care, and strategies to help prevent recurrence.
